Alexander City,
I was named after my mother, Rita. The joke was she could just change the 'T'
to an 'S.' My father's name is Roger so it's Roger-Rita-Risa. We also had a dog
named Reba.
I remember that I could never find a pen or pencil for sale with my name on
it. But once I got a wood key chain for free because when I told the vendor he
wouldn't have my name, he said, "I have every name you could think of that's a
name, not a nickname."
I won, of course, but he said that would never happen again.
